What are the different user types?
Onboard has six user permission levels to fit different roles. Your paid seats include Admins (full system access), Managers (most admin capabilities except company settings and integrations), and Coordinators (your typical onboarding team members who manage their own templates and projects but can't edit global settings). Free internal users include Contributors (can complete tasks and comment on projects they're invited to) and View Only users (dashboard visibility without editing access). Finally, Onboardees are your external customers who access their dedicated portal via magic link to complete tasks and participate in discussions.
What are the contract terms for each plan?
Starter is month-to-month with no contract commitment. Essentials and Pro require a 1-year agreement, but you can choose to pay monthly or annually.
