Does Onboard.io integrate with Salesforce?

Yes. Onboard.io has a native, two-way Salesforce integration that auto-creates onboarding projects when an opportunity is marked Closed Won. It maps Salesforce fields on the opportunity, account, or contact object to Onboard variables, then assigns tasks automatically. Setup is self-serve and only requires Salesforce admin API access.

Does Onboard.io integrate with HubSpot?

Yes. The native HubSpot integration triggers a new onboarding project when a deal hits Closed Won (or any stage you choose), reading deal fields to build a custom task list. The sync is bi-directional, so task updates and discussions flow both ways. Onboard.io uses HubSpot internally for its own customers.

What data syncs between Onboard.io and my CRM?

Onboard syncs any standard or custom field from your CRM's deal, opportunity, account, or contact object, including customer name, plan, products, support tier, launch date, and account owner. Status updates, task completion, internal notes, and project URLs sync back. Custom objects can display Onboard data inside Salesforce, HubSpot or other CRM's.
